This fantastic villa has heaps to offer. It is larger than most 3 bedrooms in the area and comfortably accommodates 8 people. The location is quiet but not cut off and Villa Royal is an excellent base for touring and the beach is nearer at only three kilometres away. The pueblo blanco town of Conil is just 15 mins and the hilltop towns of Vejer de la frontera and Medina sidonia are only 20-25 mins. Bolonia, Caños de meca have fantastic beaches and many other places of interest include Jerez, Cadiz, Seville, Gibraltar and Tarifa. Further afield, the short ferry ride to Marrocco, 35 mins across the straits of Gibraltar from Tarifa to Tangiers, offers an unforgettable day trip.

Kitchen:  The large family kitchen overlooking the pool is fully equipped with ridge/freezer, cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher and lots of storage space. There is everything you need.




There is also a separate area which serves as a utility room and houses the washing machine,  linen cubhoards as well as another sink.

Living rooms;  The spacious living area has a large dining table with 8 chairs and is fitted with quality furniture and plenty of seating on comfortable leather sofas and chairs. English  TV and air con.


      










The large entrance to the house also doubles up as another seating area or as a bedroom as it has a very comfortable double sofa bed. 

It is an ideal place to listen to some music or read if the other room is being used.

Bedroom two and three both have twin beds, and wardrobes with plenty of storage space
