Fantastic large apartment on Sitio del golf in the Costa del Sol. The apartment is in a prime location and is only a few minutes drive from Fuengirolas beaches, attractions and city centre. The extensive tropical gardens run parallel to the Mijas Los Lagos Golf Course with its 18 hole golf course and clubhouse facilities. The Hotel Tamisa and Hotel Byblos are in close proximity and there are stunning views of the Mijas Mountains. La Cala beach resort 5 mins drive. Restaurants/hotels within the immediate area. GOLF...The apartment is situated on Mijas Golf complex, which has 2 l8 hole courses plus clubhouse, shop, restaurant and bar. It is only a few mins by car to the clubhouse for making your bookings etc. Other courses in the near vicinity are: Alhaurin Golf Hotel and Resort, Cabopino Golf Marbella, Club de Golf de Mijas, Golf Torrequebrada, Miraflores Golf Club, Real Club de Campo de Málaga, Santana Golf and Country Club. TRAVEL... Malaga airport is a 25 min drive. A taxi will cost you approximately 30 euros one way or car hire can be arranged for you from Malaga airport. Taxis into Fuengirola cost approximately 15 euros one way.
DISTANCES...The village of Mijas is just a short drive up into the hills and is a typical Andalucian mountain village with narrow, winding streets and many shops. The town of Fuengirola is a 10 min drive and supermarkets, restaurants, banks and the seafront etc are easily reached.
FURTHER DETAILS... Dunnes, Lidl supermarkets, Myramar Shopping Plaza 10 minutes. Restaurants/hotels within the immediate area. Petrol stations 2 mins. Gibraltar is quickly reached by toll road approx 1½ hour. Take passports and allow for border control.
BOOKING NOTES...Non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is required to secure your booking. 6 weeks prior to arrival the rental payment must be paid in full. You will be sent a receipt plus directions to the apartment and any further information you may need. There will also be a holding deposit of £100 to cover any damages or loss of keys. This will be paid to the managers on arrival and is fully refundable once the apartment has been checked.

Living Rooms: Large lounge/dining room with Sky TV and radio/cassette/CD player, DVD and films. Marble floors throughout. Patio doors lead onto a terrace with direct views over pools and garden areas. The room is comfortably furnished, cool and well decorated. Other: Main double bedroom has patio doors to large terrace. All 3 bedrooms are bright, well furnished with built plenty of built-in cupboard space. Extra pillows or blankets in each room.
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed with en-suite, air/con, heating.
Bedroom 2 and 3 with each with 2 single beds, hot/cool air conditioning.
Pull down double bed in lounge.
Bathrooms: En-suite to bathroom 1 with full bath, overhead shower, WC, bidet and hand basin.2nd bathroom has full bath with overhead shower, WC and hand basin. 3rd is WC and hand basin.
Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen/breakfast room with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, ample crockery, glassware and cutlery etc.
Utility Room: Washing machine, bins, brushes and boiler.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: The apartment is fully cleaned and beds made up for you. We provide linen, hand and bath towels (please bring beach towels with you). Guests staying a 2nd week will receive fresh linen/towels. For an extra charge a daily clean can be arranged
Outside:The apartment has 2 large patio areas, chairs and tables are available for guests use. Our apartment overlooks all of the 4 pools and the beautifully maintained gardens. In the summer months these pools are manned by lifeguards. In the winter months, when lifeguards are not on duty the pools boundaries are clearly marked. You are responsible for you and your family members safety.
