Casa Tesada.

Fantastic private villa with pool and off road parking . This comfortable and  tastefully furnished villa is well equipped with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The villa can easily accommodate up to six guests  in its spacious three bedrooms and offers  two bathrooms.  As well as a superb kitchen the is also a bbq for guests to use during their stay and there is plenty of outsde space to relax, sunbathe  or enjoy a meal al fresco.  The villa is located in the residential area known as Rana Verde, once an extensive pine forest.  In the heat of the summer months the villa is kept cool by the surrounding trees although you will still be able to get that fantastic  tan.  Some of the best beaches in Spain including the famous Barrosa beach (7 km long)  are only 5/10 minutes and the villa is 5 mins from the centre of Chiclana.   For those who don't wish spend their holidays driving , at the end of the road is a bus stop that takes you into town or to the beach.  From Chiclana it is possible to get a bus to most villages and cities..  Close by there are two large supermarkets, pharmacy plus more restaurants, bars and shops, 

Easy access to Cadiz, Jerez, Seville, all within an easy drive as well as the lovely inland villages of Vejer, Arcos and Medina Sidonia. Take a ferry from Tarifa to Tangiers or enjoy a whale watching trip, or a tour of the Donana National Park.  There are many sherry bodegas in and around Jerez, offering guided tours, some including equestrian and flamenco shows.  Also there are some excellent golf courses such as Novo Sancti Petri, Golf Melia, Campano Club de Golf (San Andreas),  all within an easy 10 -15 minute drive.

A large fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast table table and chairs. Fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, microwave. Washing machine, iron and ironing board.  Back door to the patio and pool area.

Enter the through the french doors into the large living room and dining area  with open fire, TV with Free-view channels, DVD player, stereo, selection of books and board games, dining table and 6 chairs, comfortable sofas.

Bedroom; 1 with double bed, side cabinets, built in wardrobes and plenty of cubhoard space and with complete en suite bathroom.






Bedroom; 2 and 3 with twin beds, built in wardrobes.  All 3 bedrooms are bright, well furnished with built plenty of cupboard space. 

















Bathrooms; There are two good sized bathrooms with bath, shower,bidet,wc and wash basin. One is en-suite to the double bedroom

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service; The villa is fully cleaned and beds made up for your arrival. We provide linen, hand and bath towels (please bring beach towels with you).  For an extra charge a daily clean can be arranged.

   












Booking notes; Deposit of 20% payable when booking. Balance required 6 weeks before arrival. A returnable deposit of £100 against breakages on arrival. This deposit will be returned upon inventory check on your departure from the villa. Car hire is recommended although we are happy to arrange airport transfers if required. A standard welcome shop is provided on your arrival. Additional shopping for late night and Sunday arrivals can also be provided on request .Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds although payment can be arranged in euros.  Changeover day,Saturday. A possible alternative may be available according to time of year and should be arranged prior to arrival. The property must be vacated by 10am on day of departure to allow for cleaning and linen changeover.
Cleaning / towels and maid service:  Linen and towels supplied. Please provide your own beach towels. Property is cleaned between rentals although extra cleans or a daily maid can be organised on request. The pool is cleaned and the villa checked on a weekly basis.
