CASA TESADA
We are pleased to offer you the chance to stay at Casa Tesada. This tastefully furnished and well equipped private villa which sleeps 6 has a private pool and garden. It has only just become available as holiday accommodation and it is located close to us in the quiet residential area known as Rana Verde, which is only 5/10 minutes from beautiful beaches including the famous Barrosa beach (7 km long) and 5 mins from the centre of Chiclana.
Close by; Casa Tesada in on the the next road to Huerta Montero and within a few minutes drive, there are two large supermarkets, farmacy plus more restaurants, bars and shops. Easy access to Cadiz, Jerez, Seville, all within an easy drive as well as the lovely inland villages of Vejer, Arcos and Medina Sidonia. Take a ferry from Tarifa to Tangiers or enjoy a whale watching trip, or a tour of the Donana National Park. There are many sherry bodegas in and around Jerez, offering guided tours, some including equestrian and flamenco shows. Also there are some excellent golf courses such as Novo Sancti Petri, Golf Melia, Campano Club de Golf (San Andreas), all within an easy 10 -15 minute drive.
Booking notes; Deposit of 20% payable when booking. Balance required 6 weeks before arrival. A returnable deposit of £200 (cheque) against breakages on arrival. This cheque will be returned upon inventory check on your departure from the villa. Car hire is recommended although we are happy to arrange airport transfers if required. A standard welcome shop is provided on your arrival. Additional shopping for late night and Sunday arrivals can also be provided on request .Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds although payment can be arranged in euros
This lovely villa has everything you need for a super holiday. All the rooms are comfortably furnished, clean, cool and well decorated
Kitchen; A large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table table and chairs. Fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, microwave. Washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Living; Large living room and dining area with open fire, TV with Freeview channels, DVD player, stereo, dining table and 6 chairs, comfortable sofas.
Bedroom; 1 with double bed side cabinets and plenty of cubhoard space and with ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2 and 3 with twin beds, built in wardrobes. All 3 bedrooms are bright, well furnished with built plenty of cupboard space.
Second bathroom with bath/shower.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: The villa is fully cleaned and beds made up for your arrival. We provide linen, hand and bath towels (please bring beach towels with you). Guests staying a 2nd week will receive fresh linen/towels. For an extra charge a daily clean can be arranged
