The villa is just two doors away from Huerta Montero and is set within a large plot of 1100mts. It offers a well equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area, three spacious bedrooms (2double and 1 twin)and a bathroom and can easily accommodate six.persons . There is a huge garden area with a large bbq and dining area. There is plenty of parking spaces and gardens for the children to play. Although this villa does not have a full sized pool, there is an above pool erected in the summer months for the adults to cool off in and where the kids can have fun.

Booking notes: A deposit of 20% payable when booking. Balance required 6 weeks before arrival. We also request a fully refundable deposit of £100 against breakages or damage which is returned after inspection of the villa. Car hire is recommended although we are happy to arrange airport transfers if required. A standard welcome shop is provided on your arrival. Additional shopping for late night and Sunday arrivals can also be provided on request .Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds although payment can be arranged in euros. Changeover day Saturday. A possible alternative may be available according to time of year and should be arranged prior to arrival. The property must be vacated by 10am on day of departure to allow for cleaning and linen changeover.
Cleaning / towels and maid service: Linen and towels supplied. Please provide your own beach towels. Property is cleaned between rentals although extra cleans or a daily maid can be organised on request.
