BIKER FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION AT HUERTA MONTERO FOR THE 30th April to the 3rd May MOTO GP DE JEREZ 2010
is one of the fastest, most thrilling sports in the world and the Moto Grand Prix in Jerez is one of the leading events of the season. The bikes reach speeds of up to 310kph (194mph) and the races are extremely competitive. Unlike Formula One racing, overtaking is frequent. The riders take the bravest lines to weave through the field and when the bikes close on each other they push it to the limit. There is the feeling that the crowd is collectively holding its breath as the riders brake as late as possible into the corners. Then there is the engine noise, piercing the air as the riders fly by - a constant reminder of the sheer power that they are fighting to control. Crowds of up to 120,000 attend, many arriving a few days before, savouring every minute of it, from qualifying to the chequered flag on the final day. The party actually begins on the journey to the circuit. The roads for miles around are buzzing with motorbikes, some powering their way to the course to get the best spots, others cruising and enjoying the camaraderie of traveling with fellow fans.Check out the circuit below Jerez circuit official website

jEREZ 2009 In 2009 we were so looking forward to seeing our friends again, but due to vapersonsrious circumstances the Lobos de Mar were unable to return to Chiclana,. Instead we welcomed another group from Portugal.Federico and friends arrived for the Moto GP 2009 with a few friends and enjoyed the same friendly atmosphere and great accommodation Hope to see you in 2010
jEREZ 2008 MARCH 28th 29th 30th was reserved by Motoclube Lobos do Mar. This year we were proud to welcome at Huerta Montero a group of riders from Portugal. They arrived as guests and left as friends and we look forward to greeting them next
When Eduardo contacted us to book accommodation here at Huerta Montero we were not sure what we were letting ourselves in for..This was our first year of welcoming guests for the Jerez Moto GP we were not sure how things would pan out with many bikers on site, but things worked out just great. The weather was fantastic for the whole weekend which just made everything perfect. Eduardo and friends arrived on the Thursday night after a grueling 10 hour journey traveling from the town of Póvoa de Varzim in northern Portugal. After settling into their accommodation and having a pit stop they were off to Puerta de Santa Maria for the night. My respect goes to Tania, the only girl of the group, who managed to hold her own. Over the three days they slept and partied mixing with other MotoGP enthusiasts from all over Europe
