HUERTA MONTERO..........This once forgotten about old finca on a plot of 1200 square meters, has now been transformed into a super large beautiful private villa which is a situated in a peaceful, semi rural area amongst the pine trees of Rana Verde, between the beaches of La Barrosa and Chiclana town. This villa is unique as it has been divided into three self contained accommodations so it is just perfect for a large or extended family party wishing to holiday together in the same location but who also would like to retain some privacy, or smaller groups of family and friends. All the accommodation is set within a private lawned garden with its own 9m x 4m rustic style swimming pool. Please just contact us with your requirements and we will do our best to offer you the best holiday solution.
The Main house has been divided into two comfortable chalet apartments. The chalet and the 1 bed luxury apartment. Enter the Spanish style entrance porch then through your very own front door into what was once the original house of approximately 70 square meters with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen/diner and lounge area.
The second entrance takes you into the second extended addition of approximately 100 square metres which includes another master bedroom with a kingsize, en-suite and a walk in wardrobe, large kitchen and dining area plus spacious lounge.
THE COURTYARD apartment is our pride and joy and is a very spacious two bedroom, two bathrooms, ground floor apartment with vaulted ceilings. It has a rustic feel and is full of character and charm. The kitchen/diner area is well equipped and the lounge is spacious and comfortable with a cosy log fireplace. Although it only has two bedrooms, the apartment can easily sleep up to six persons with the double pull down sofa bed in the lounge. The high vaulted ceiling ensures the apartment remains comfortably cool the summer months.

We ensure that all the grounds are looked after and the pool is kept clean and although we are not intrusive, we are on hand to help you get the best out of your holiday should you require any assistance. As one of our guests said " it's like having your very own concierges"

The mature gardens have fruit trees, beautiful bouganvilleas, palms, and of course pine trees, which offer shade and help you keep cool in the hot summer months. The outdoor kitchen area and BBQ is available for all the guests to use and you can pick your very own fresh herbs too. You enter the property through remote controlled gates or through the smaller coded gate entrance and there is enough parking for three to four cars.
All of our holiday apartments are clean, fresh and comfortable and where possible, we have used furniture typical of this area of Andalucia.

MotoGP of Jerez, Formula 1 testing days and the Jerez Horse Feria. Let us not forget the endless sporting activities plus the many fabulous golf courses on offer in this area. We guarantee to hold a telephone reservation for up to 5 days, to allow you time to print off, complete the reservation form and mail/fax it to us with a receipt of payment for the deposit.
We will always try to answer the phone during the daytime and during the evenings up to 10pm because we like to offer a friendly and helpful personal response to your call, however if we cannot get to the phone, there is an answering machine for you to leave a message.
