WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER
We hope to offer you a completely different holiday experience. Something you will enjoy and remember. Not just a room in a noisy hotel or a remote villa, but a real Spanish home. Our aim is to provide you with a stress free holiday in quality accommodation, with a first class service. If you do not wish to drive we will take you to explore the surrounding areas with personalized tours in our own comfortable vehicles. Angela speaks Italian, Spanish, has a good knowledge of the area and is able to organize many activities on your behalf. Paul will ensure pool and garden areas are kept clean and attends to any necessary maintenance. You can choose between, accommodation only (self catering), bed & breakfast, or why not join us for one of our exciting themed inclusive packages. including the MotoGP of Jerez, and the Jerez Horse Feria. There is also the possbility to join painting courses or learn to dance sevillanas, cook paella or learn a little Spanish. Let us not forget the endless sporting activities plus the many fabulous golf courses on offer in this area. The choice is yours so let us know what your interests are and we will take care of everything else for you. It really could not be easier. ABOUT US
Originally from Norfolk, we travelled throughout Spain looking for that ideal holiday home to get away from the stress of running our own successful business back in the UK.Whilst on a trip to the Costa de la Luz with our good friends, we found and fell in love with a property with some land for sale, and decided to buy it. The owner, Juan Montero (photo left), had spent most of his life producing fresh fruit and vegetables from his garden, as well as eggs, wine, sweets and much more which he sold to local people. He had decided it was time to sell up and enjoy his retirement. Every time we visited it got harder to go back to Norfolk so, we decided to make the move to Spain hoping for a better quality of life. We imported a mobile home from England and lived there whilst renovating the property, trying to retain as many of the original features as possible.We decided to call it Huerta Montero (Juans Kitchen Garden), much to the delight of Juan who is now eighty and still lives locally. After just over one year we completed the courtyard and chalet apartments, built the pool, landscaped the gardens and welcomed our first guests.
